Payment Terms

Our Payment Terms are as follows. We take 50% of the charter fee to confirm your reservation.  The balance becomes due 45 days prior to your charter start.  We can accept payment on Visa or MasterCard or a USD Certified Cashier’s check drawn on a US bank (sorry but we can not accept Amex or certified checks from Canada).

Cancellation of your charter

A full refund less a $200 administration fee is given should the reservation be cancelled in writing up to 90 days prior to the charter start date. If the charter is cancelled within 90 days of charter start date, then a full refund (less $200) is made subject to Horizon in Antigua reselling the charter space reserved for the same value.

Trip Cancellation Insurance: We strongly recommended this as it protects you should anything unforeseen occur before your trip.
