Shirley Heights Jump Up
Whilst cruising the Antigua sailing area, be sure to join in with the Antigua Sunday tradition – the Shirley Heights jump up! Overlooking both English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour, the Jump Up is a steel band party every Sunday from around 5pm until late. Later on in the evening you can also watch a Reggae band.
Enjoy killer rum punches served in classic Antiguan style. Food includes dellcious BBQ, jerk chicken and traditional Caribbean BBQ style food. Watch the sunset, enjoy the music, make new friends….
