Beneteau 51 (2007) 'Monumental Dream'
Welcome aboard and meet our Beneteau 51 charter yacht in Antigua – “Monumental Dream”. The Beneteau 51 is an exceptional balance of elegance, functionality and form.
Beginning with an easy access to its ergonomically designed cockpit – where its two steering stations make navigation and sail control second nature. The space below is generous with clean, open lines giving it a contemporary yet understated flair. There is a spacious salon area, with comfortable seating, a large practical galley and abundant stowage. Below-deck accommodations include a spacious U-shaped saloon with a dining table that seats ten and can be converted to a double berth. There’s also a stereo/CD player. The fore-and-aft galley to port has all features and lots of counter space and storage. Benefiting from a generator and air conditioning, this is the ideal yacht for your offshore adventure during your Antigua sailing vacation!
Our Beneteau 51 charter yacht ‘Monumental Dream’ is extremely well equipped with many added features including air conditioning to make your Antigua sailing vacation both comfortable and enjoyable. When underway the Raymarine chart plotter and auto-helm make for ease of cruising.
With four spacious cabins (2 doubles aft, 1 double forward and one single) and five heads, our Beneteau 51 charter yacht “Monumental Dream” is ideal for families and couples alike.
Cruising World’s review had this to say:
“The 51 is, by any standard, a big boat. A 16-foot beam is enough room to hold a Laser stowed athwartships, with a foot left over on either side. The beam translates to a terrific amount of space-about twice the volume of more traditional 50-footers-and to comfort for the charter guests for whom it’s designed. Five cabins make up the accommodations, with four double cabins, each with its own head and shower in the corners, and a single berth and head for hired crew way forward, accessed though a foredeck hatch.
The saloon is in the center of the boat, at its widest part, allowing for a first-class galley along the port side with huge refrigerators and a midships freezer opposite the eight-seat dinette. The five opening ports and two hinged hatches provide sufficient ventilation.”
