The Bavaria Cruiser 51

Farr Design

The Bavaria Cruiser 51 is the grand finale that completes a full range of all-new Cruiser model designs. The Bavaria Cruiser 51 was developed by Bavaria jointly with Farr Yacht Design USA (for the naval architecture) and Design Unlimited UK (for the exterior styling and interior design).

The Bavaria Cruiser 51 offers the updated Bavaria cruiser exterior design which has proven so popular with the other Cruiser models in Bavaria’s yacht range:

– A large, panoramic saloon
– Deck skylight with two opening hatches
– The largest bathing platform in her class

The new cockpit layout features larger helmsman seats for more comfort and a new cockpit table with larger table leaves and integral table lamp. There is also larger cockpit storage as well as storage below the cockpit sole. The new steering system concealed within the elegant steering pedestals allows the helmsman to enjoy the precise-yet-tactile feedback from the twin rudders.

Below Deck

Below deck the Bavaria Cruiser 51 interior is characterized by a fresh and pragmatic layout. As seen on the other models in the Bavaria Cruiser line, there are sumptuous curves throughout the interior and plenty of beautifully crafted joinery. There is also an innovative breakfast table which has proved so popular on the Cruiser 56. The interior has a new flooring configuration in order to optimise maintenance access to strategic zones housing bilge pumps, keel bolts and through-hull fittings.

A unique feature of the Bavaria Cruiser 51 is the option to have a convertible forward cabin thanks to a removable bulkhead. So she can have two double cabins forward or a master stateroom forward with the longitudinal bulkhead removed.
