Nautitech Powercat 47 (2019)Gallery
This Powercat is available for charter with a compulsory skipper. If you want to charter a contemporary and sleek power cat, that really stands head and shoulders above the best of the rest, then the Nautitech Powercat 47 is the only choice for you. Step aboard this stylish French designed and built power catamaran and take your powerboating experience to another level. We are bringing more powercats to the fleet next season, but BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment, as currently, she is the only one available in the Caribbean.
With a cruising speed of 15 knots, this catamaran doesn’t just have powerful acceleration, its cruising range of 1000 miles at a speed of nearly 9 knots is also testimony to its endurance. With her incredibly efficient hull shape, wave piercing bows, and twin 300hp engines, this power cat is very quiet and extremely comfortable underway.
The Nautitech Powercat 47 has been designed with distinct living areas aboard. The bridge deck has an ergonomic helm position and with seating for 10, the panoramic views from the bridge make it a very popular vantage point. With a generous hard-top bimini, there is plenty of shade, and with a table, wet bar and fridge to keep drinks cold, you can enjoy hours relaxing on the upper deck.
From the flybridge, there are steps forward leading down to the outside lounge area in the bow and steps amidships lead into the fabulous cockpit. The expansive cockpit conjoins seamlessly through large sliding doors to the beautifully designed saloon. After dinner with friends at the large teak table in the cockpit, retire to the saloon lounge for coffee – al fresco living afloat at its very best.
The stern of the Nautitech Powercat 47 is multi-faceted. The lifting platform between the hulls can be used as a tender-lift or as a bathing paradise. It easily lifts the 12ft rigid inflatable tender with 15hp outboard out of the water. In its central position, it links the two transoms to create a platform which becomes a wonderful area for sunbathing right next to the water. When the platform is completely lowered into the water, the Nautitech 47 has its own “beach” in shallow water.
Uniquely, the Power cat 47 has 6 interior showers in this 4 double cabin configuration. In addition to the 4 heads with showers, each hull also has a dedicated shower cubicle – perfect if you want to keep the heads as ‘dry areas’, or you need to get 6 teenagers to a dinner reservation on time. There are also single berths in each of the forepeaks.
