When you arrive in the BVI you’ll be required to fill out a customs and immigration form, however the BVI government has recently introduced an online system in the hopes to provide more convenience to travelers through all ports of entry. The portal works as follows:

Customs and Immigration offices are located on Tortola in Road Town and the West End, on Virgin Gorda in the Virgin Gorda Airport, St. Thomas Bay Terminal, and the Owen Harrigan Visitors Centre at Gun Creek and on Jost Van Dyke in Great Harbour.
Note that an environmental levy of $10 per head is payable on arrival by all visitors to the British Virgin Islands (effective 1st Sept 2017).
Please visit the BVI Tourism website, the UK Border Agency, or the BVI Deputy Governor’s Office. If you're unsure about visa requirements, contact the nearest British Embassy, BVI Tourist Board Office, or the BVI Immigration Department at +1 284-494-3471 or +1 284-494-3701 ext. 4700.
