I was born and raised in the British Virgin Islands but have ventured out with each opportunity given. I’ve lived in places like Antigua WI, Vermont USA and the UK. I have been fortunate to travel widely both for work and leisure. I have a BA in Business Management and have taken and completed multiple courses/certifications in Customer Service which I hope shows through every day! I have 2 boys who are both avid swimmers and are aspiring to be sailors/boaters.
I’ve been with Horizon Yacht Charters since 2006 starting off part-time as a Front Desk clerk and worked my way up the company ladder- now working as the Global Reservations Manager. It was not long after joining the Horizon team that I realised it was not going to be a “job” but a new lifestyle. The yachting industry was new to me, and I can proudly say joining this team was the best decision I could have made. I do what I love, and I LOVE what I do.
In my current position, I book charters in stunning destinations like the Virgin Islands (British), St Martin, Croatia, Virgin Islands (US) and Bahamas to name but a few. Just give me your requirements and not only will I help you find the perfect yacht for your group, I will also assist you every step of the way not only on reaching your yacht, but returning home after your trip is done. I am all about customer service and making sure your get the most out of your experience is top of my list. I will go the extra mile and ensure all clients get a great yacht and competitive prices.

Horizon was fantastic. We wanted to charter a boat in the USVI, and even though they didn't have a base there, they worked with another charter company to get us set up and found us a great skipper. Not only that, but when our travel plans hit a serious bump in the road thanks to American Airlines, they helped us salvage our trip. Christalen's customer service was outstanding and Capt. Bruce was so much fun. He fit right in with us (2 grand parents, me, my wife, and two little girls). In a time with horrible air travel nightmares, Horizon made it so we didn't have to worry about anything once we got to the destination.
