The Bali 4.8 design was new to the market in 2020 and provided a fresh approach to sailing. The design is revolutionary in how space is accessed, with deliberate attention to flow and open space.
It succeeds in producing a scale that feels less like a boat, and more like an upscale floating condominium.
Bali catamarans are known and appreciated for their unparalleled success in blending luxury, space, and performance; producing a sailing experience that is unparalleled. This new design further capitalizes on that reputation with the advent of the “Bali garage door” which is the centrepiece of the yacht. It allows for the aft wall of the yacht to simply disappear, opening up the back of the yacht to an unobstructed view of paradise. This also affords indoor/outdoor dining options and gives the ever-present Caribbean breeze ample opportunity to make its way through the yacht with ease.
With her solid foredeck gone are the forward trampolines, replaced by a large relaxing lounge area complete with cushions for sunbathing. A full-sized door provides access directly from the lounge area into the salon, allowing free movement through the yacht. A walk up to the flybridge unveils a seating area perfect for cocktails and taking in sunsets. There is also another area for sunbathing on the flybridge where you can take in the sights of the islands from the highest vantage point on the yacht.
The Bali open space design is further complimented by the superior outfit of Bella. No detail has been left unnoticed from the fine linens, pillows and throws to the wine glasses, serving and flatware that make every day feel luxurious. She has been stocked full with every appliance and kitchen accessory to allow the chef to fully showcase the mastery of their art. The water toys abound, allowing guests to fully experience all the Caribbean has to offer, both in and out of the water.
Bella will accommodate 6 charter guests in 2 spacious queen cabins and 1 sprawling owner-suite master cabin for those who desire more space. She has solar panels, air conditioning, a water maker, an ice maker, a full-sized refrigerator, a fully customizable menu, Caribbean-made eco-friendly and reef-safe toiletries, a bar stocked to guest preference, coffee/espresso machine, rendezvous scuba diving, snorkelling gear, underwater scooters, sub wing, wakeboard, stand up paddle board/kayak, towable water tube, 10 ft. floating dock, pool noodles, fishing gear, board and card games, television in the salon, Fusion 3 Bluetooth enabled sound system and Bella giveaways.

JAMES
James grew up in the British countryside on a farm. From a young age, he was obsessed with anything and everything mechanical. He spent summers in his father’s Irish coastal hometown of Dungarvan and it was there that he developed a love for the ocean.
He started a career in the luxury eyewear industry working for brands such as TAG Heuer and Calvin Klein, but eventually, his love for the ocean won out and drew him toward a career in the yachting industry. He has worked for two years now as a charter captain in various locations including Croatia and French Polynesia.

OLGA
Olga grew up in Odesa, a beautiful Ukrainian city near the Black Sea. From the beginning, it was Olga’s dream to travel the world. She loves the opportunity to work with people and started as a crew agent, but the sea, travelling and boat life remained her passion.
This dream became a reality when she landed her first job onboard a motor yacht as a Stewardess, cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean sea. Olga’s passion for cooking and travelling became a wonderful mix of dreams and reality.
She enjoys exploring her surroundings, experiencing different meals and learning new cultures. This allows her to add meals to her menu that are inspired by her creativity both in presentation and flavour.

Luxury Crewed Charter Rates
The Horizon Yacht Charters BVI Crewed Charter rates are for 7 nights per vessel and are based on the number of guests. Please see individual yacht pages for detailed specifications and charter rates. Horizon Yacht Charters luxury crewed yacht charters come complete with your own personal Captain & Chef (and in the larger yachts, first mate and hostess). NB some yachts may be skipper only (with the option of a chef) – they are stated as such. Your meals aboard are included in the rate and prepared to your group’s individual preferences and dietary requirements. Beverages are also included but please note special requests for specific brands may be subject to an additional charge. Watersports equipment (such as paddleboards, kayaks etc) are also included and some yachts offer all-inclusive diving.
High season rates typically apply from December to April, and Low season from May to November, but please do check the seasonal rates for your yacht.
Each individual crewed yacht may charge for certain additional expenses (e.g. National Park Permit, Cruising permit, different port collections or departures). Please ask for a full breakdown of costs for your chosen yacht. Additional supplements may apply at Christmas and New Year.
All yachts come with tenders with outboards and safety equipment. Please review the individual yacht specification on our website for further details of available equipment and details of inclusions and exclusions.
Yacht photographs and specifications act as a guide and are for information purposes only. Although we endeavour to ensure that images are accurate reflections of the yachts in our fleet, certain aspects may vary slightly.
Please note that our bareboat repeat client discount does not apply to our crewed charter fleet.

Charter Rates shown above are for 7 nights per vessel (Christmas and New Year supplements on selected yachts). Crewed Charters usually start at noon and finish at noon, but please do check times for your particular yacht.
- Additional water-sports (other than those included on the crewed yacht) are all available at competitive rates.
- Hotel Accommodations throughout the islands can be arranged. Most major credit cards accepted. Please check our Accommodations page for more information.
An Environmental levy of $10 per head is payable by all visitors to the BVI on arrival (effective 1st Sept 2017).
Bookings and Cancellations – We require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation and the balance due of 50% no later than 45 days prior to charter start date. A smaller deposit and interim fee may be acceptable for bookings made more than 12 months in advance. Cancellation fees apply, and vary from yacht-to-yacht. Please check the specific terms for your yacht at the time of booking.
